Ingrid Fromm lived most of her life on Long Island, NY, just 30 minutes outside Manhattan. In 2014 she moved to Raleigh and is proud to call the city her new home. In New York, she worked as a TV producer, web producer, and web manager (to name a few positions) before deciding to freelance as web content and digital marketing manager for organizations and businesses that share her main passions, animal welfare and the environment. She still volunteers her time and skills for various organizations she has worked with for years.
As an online web content and marketing manager, Ingrid helped shelters, and rescues increase their web presence and fundraising efforts. She enjoys the challenges of completely revamping outdated and clunky websites to a more user-friendly, visually appealing, and most importantly, effective marketing tool for nonprofits and businesses to get their message across. Her work on behalf of the environment includes a position as a web producer for Climate Central and freelance web marketing specialist for NC Solar Now. GreenTech was a perfect fit for Ingrid as she enjoys using her years of marketing experience to help businesses find new and effective ways to engage their audience through their website, social media, videos, and email campaigns.
Ingrid shares her life with her husband, Sean, and two rescue dogs, Murphy and Millie. They spend much of their free time working on their large front yard garden in the heart of North Raleigh, where they grow a mixture of vegetables, herbs, fruit, and flowers, to attract pollinators.
